Two different revenue streams

To the extent that many of the firms in the subject industry (craft breweries/brewpubs/breweries in NAICS 31212) are offering the same general set of products/services, they would be properly reflected. If the mix were substantially atypical, there might be an issue - but only a full offline appraisal report could address that level of detail. 

Another possibility would be to value the taproom revenues and profits and assets and liabilities via the industry code for bars and sum the two values (easier said than done).
