As an Advisor Office subscriber, you have a choice in how data is collected through your 7-step process. We provide the option to gather some financial data up front, prior to asking the client for their contact information. Choosing to ask for this information early has a few benefits to consider.
•Having the client provide some basic financial information will immediately provide an estimated business value to appear. This may encourage the client to continue providing financial information and can be an incentive to complete the entire process.
•By entering Revenue and Pre-Tax Income up front, this will automatically save this company to your Companies Console for future access, even if the entire process is not completed. This will give you the ability to easily follow up with a prospect.
•Keep in mind, the information entered here will be applied in the 2016 Projected data fields.
